I went there to get a fix it ticket signed off. I was completely ignored by the lady behind the front desk for a good 5 minutes. At first I could see she was busy doing something so I waited. Waited longer, then waited some more. Well, she kept ignoring me and ignoring me and was working so we didn't have to make eye contact. I finally asked if she could help me. The card system online was not working (not my fault) so I couldn't pay online. I have a job 8-5 so I couldn't come in during that time, and when I did try to go on Wednesday when they say their hours are until 6, the door was locked when I got there at 5:30. Late fee was $50
