I went there to get a fix it ticket signed off. I was completely ignored by the lady behind the front desk for a good 5 minutes. At first I could see she was busy doing something so I waited. Waited longer, then waited some more. Well, she kept ignoring me and ignoring me and was working so we didn't have to make eye contact. I finally asked if she could help me.
