They ignore family requests. Hours have been corrected. I can't wait to move my family member from a facility that has no goals to strengthen the family bonds. Edited.... Have yet to have a call returned to me.

Do not let anyone you like or love go here unless you want them to die while getting bad care in a very dirty facility with poor medical care. The administration and medical staff don't want families there to be involved. There are some good therapists, CNAs and Nurses but also some of the worst you can imagine. Including a CNA whipping mom's eyeball with lift sling buckle while flinging it madly in the air by her face, not an accident, but angry CNA, for no known reason. Broke my leg and wound up at Brendan House. Everyone there was really nice and knew their stuff. I'm grateful to have been in recovery there. Thank you Nurses and CNAs!

I feel the staff at BH do their best to make the residents feel at home. I feel the staff truly care about others and love what they do. I always feel welcome and involved.

I was at the Brennan House about 43 days and the staff there were all great. They treated me with respect, compassion and that quirky sense of humor that made my day a lot easier to cope with things. I originally went in there expecting the worse from the rumors I had heard. I was very happy with the care that I received. I would recommend this place to all who need the care. Great place!!!!
