My visits with Logan Grundy at Habitat Health have been easygoing, comfortable, informative and healing. Logan sent a follow-up email after my initial visit with links to the exercises he mentioned and an invitation to connect should I have any questions. I strongly reccomend booking with Logan if you are interested in TCM based acupuncture.
Logan helped me with pain management and pain reduction after suffering a shoulder dislocation. Logan took the time to explain the acupuncture process, explain what to expect as a result of treatment and to continuously check in on me throughout treatments to ensure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Logan to anyone considering acupuncture, his number stays at the top of my list!
Logan provided excellent service to help me recover from an injury. He followed up with exercises for me to complete to aid in my recovery.
