When parking lot is full you are not allowed to enter just to drop a traveler off. This is not good, especially if in my case, I am handicapped.

I would give negative stars if I could! I was waiting at Logan for the 6:15, which showed up at 6:10 and just left, stranding us at the airport. This only comes once an hour, so we took an Uber back, to the tune of $80. The first time I tried to take this from Peabody, the shuttle just didn’t show up, so I had to wait another hour. There is no recourse if the bus just doesn’t show up, or leaves early.
