If your a bus to the airport, you need to either be consistently on time or have transparency about delays. No excuse to not have real time updates in 2026
Our flight arrived at 7:20. We waited after luggage pickup from 7:45 to 8:15 ( no bus) except a drop-off only(8;15) Now 8:45, still NO BUS. Called Danvers no explanation except to say”bus on the way” Next bus due at 9:15; waiting 2 Hrs for the 9:15. Uber from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m done
Used it a few times now. No complaints. Will use again. I like getting dropped off right at terminal. There rates to park your car weren't bad at all and there's a police station next door.
For 10 bucks you get on the magic bus and it takes you right to your terminal it's a no-brainer!
