Full of incompetency
Overall, the experience isn’t bad. You walk in, take a number as the signs instruct (there isn’t a greeting), staff do communicate and explain things, and tasks do get completed. My concern arises when it’s time for the call. (I do want to make it clear I was told by one of their workers they would be open on Martin Luther king day.)
