We went in to ask about a loan. Karen at the counter was rude. And we got treated like crap from the get go. Adam Fritsche came out and peaked his head around the corner and said I’m Adam and left us standing while he went threw double doors and didn’t ask us to follow him or anything. In his office he tapped his fingers on his desk and basically said, what do you want? We told him. He acted like it put him out to just talk to us. Been a customer here for almost 20 years. Always easy to get help when needed. I highly recommend to everyone.
I have faxed papers a lot here and now they say they can't do it because I'm not a customer.. they printed the papers for me to fax and charged me $4 and then would not fax them for me.. and they will not cash any checks, unless it's from their bank, $25 check by the way lol.. better off cashing checks at porky's at least they will cash them. Plus they won't let my daughter pull her money out of her account and she's a "customer"...
The loan officer is almost impossible to get ahold of. They give off an constantly busy and no time for anybody atmosphere. I personally would not bank there
