I am deeply disappointed by Logan City Council’s handling of an extremely distressed and barking dog complaint at a gated complex. Their policy requiring an exact unit address is impractical, as restricted access prevents residents from obtaining this information. Suggesting that I enter a private, secure complex to identify the source is highly unprofessional, unsafe, and risks trespassing. Terrible. They havent cleaned up the park ridge side of chambers flat road in years. Overgrown tree’s, no footpaths to walk on, just grass and mud and rubbish everywhere. But no, let’s do roadworks until 3am and keep residents awake for no reason instead. Useless.
