Very polite and professional drivers. Very safe and pleasant. However, there is a definite communication problem with the dispatch office. Our driver to the airport did not know we had confirmed an earlier pickup time. Our driver home from the airport was 40 minutes late because he wasn’t called until we had called the office 3 times while waiting. Sam is very responsive and always on time. This company is very accommodating and also very competitive in pricing. They always make sure that they accommodate your schedule changes. It’s a safe and customer focused company.

Upon my arrival at Logan Airport and not wanting to wait for the next shuttle, I called Logan Car Service . A nice gentleman called me back and said he would be right there. Within minutes he arrived and loaded my luggage into a very clean and comfortable Volvo. He got me to my destination with no issues and promptly unloaded my luggage into my vehicle. I can not begin to tell you how wonderful this company is! My daughter and her friend were stranded at Gillette Stadium after a concert. It was impossible for them to get an Uber or Lyft and all other Limousine/cab companies were booked and not reliable. These guys came through! They were so responsive and caring and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Logan Chauffeur and especially Sam and Assy, you are both amazing!
