Terrible experience with Taxi service, they refuse to accept credit cards and the tunnel fees only 2.65, they add 6 as tips for themselves ending with a surcharge of 8.65 for 21 dollar trip. White taxi is have used. Avoid this type of taxi snd seats are terrible.

We paid $45 for a $30 trip. Taxi driver took a longer road on purpose. It was 2:30 in the morning. When asked about it he said that there was a construction. Very sad. No wonder why people choose uber.

Great and reliable service. Paul was very friendly and picked me up from my hotel at 5 am for an early flight to the airport. He was even 15 minutes early. Definitely recommend.

We had a bad time with a driver, who didn’t know where he was going and complained how he missed on other trips as we were a short trip. I’m not too sure why there was a problem with a short trip as the idea, I believe, is to offer a service to take individuals from a to b not cherry pick or fall short of that requirement. Very disappointing and a culture that needs to change
