Great and reliable service. Paul was very friendly and picked me up from my hotel at 5 am for an early flight to the airport. He was even 15 minutes early. Definitely recommend.
Very nice driver, showed up early so we were able to take off when we needed!
I used this service to get myself, my husband and my two toddlers to and from the airport. It went so smooth and our driver was incredibly communicative and helpful. This service is our go-to for getting to Boston Logan Airport.
We had a bad time with a driver, who didn’t know where he was going and complained how he missed on other trips as we were a short trip. I’m not too sure why there was a problem with a short trip as the idea, I believe, is to offer a service to take individuals from a to b not cherry pick or fall short of that requirement. Very disappointing and a culture that needs to change
