Terrible experience ; I was charged $148 for a ride from Beacon Hill to Logan Airport and that price was only disclosed when I reached the airport. I am going to escalate this to the BBB. I demand a full refund for this scam to Logan Airport Car
I used this service every time I am flying out of Logan Airport. I live in Rhode Island, and the drive to Boston is tough. It's definitely a better choice to have Logan Airport Car Taxi Service pick me up and drop me off right in front of my departure gate. The driver was friendly, and remembered me from earlier trips. I highly recommend this service!
Excellent service from metro west to Logan Airport. Comfortable and clean vehicles, prompt service and the company keeps track of the flights and receives at the door. An excellent choice for those who do not want to pay limousine service prices but want a reliable drop of and/ or pick up.
The ride to the airport was perfect, 10/10 no complaints. The drive back from the airport never showed up, and the service team didn't respond to any of my emails and didn't pick up the phone. I got no refund for the trip back. Edit: contrary to what the owner posted below, my return trip was for 8/7/2023 and was clearly labeled so on the receipt - prepaid. They have replied this comment here, but never responded to me via email.
Terrible experience with Taxi service, they refuse to accept credit cards and the tunnel fees only 2.65, they add 6 as tips for themselves ending with a surcharge of 8.65 for 21 dollar trip. White taxi is have used. Avoid this type of taxi snd seats are terrible.
