We love our custom couch. Elizabeth, the store owner, was super patient with us as we brought home swatch after swatch to see what would work best in our basement. She advised on the customizations we were considering, patiently re-calculated the cost as we figured out the right size and configuration. The quality of the couch is great as well: perfect firmness. Stumbled across this furniture store and what a find! Elizabeth was a huge help in choosing custom counter stools that turned out fantastic! She was able to get in a sample that helped make the decision easier and even expedited a speedy delivery for a party I was hosting! Thank you!
Elizabeth at Lofty was so helpful and kind and welcoming of all our questions (and of our kids playing on all the sofas!) Our custom made couch is exactly what we hoped it would be.
Very nice store! Small but excellent quality items curated by the lady owner. Don’t get fooled by the neighborhood. Very high quality made in canada furniture. You can customize everything! We picked up a set of stools where we chose the metal and fabric. Great choice of rugs. 100% wool as well as synthetics. Unique kitchen items. I picked up a couple of bowl covers made in Manitoba to use to cover my bread bannetons. A good collection of arts as well. Highly recommended.
