This is the second time we have furnished a room with Lofty Ambition’s quality Canadian-made furniture and it will not be our last. Elizabeth, the owner, is a delight and is very knowledgeable. She took well over an hour with us in her store as we decided between fabrics and styles. She has also ensured that the delivery company who brings the furniture are also top quality and very courteous when they drop off your items. Lofty Ambitions is a great store. The owner Elizabeth provides excellent service. She was very helpful when we were selecting furniture and she was great about making sure it was delivered. We selected a table base and chairs to use as a games/puzzle table and a small glass topped accent table from Amisco. My husband made the table top from cherry wood but Amisco has many options. If you’re in the Hamilton area and looking for custom quality living room furniture at great prices then save yourself a lot of time and go see Elizabeth at LOFTY AMBITIONS. Enough selection to satisfy most tastes without being overwhelmed by too many choices. You can try different seat firmnesses and see all the fabric samples etc. Elizabeth is knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
It is a small cozy store in Hamilton which was a life saver for me. I broke a mug from my set and I end up buying not only the missing mug but more of my set from the store. Elizabeth was really good in addressing my order on time. I live far away in another city but probably their website will be my go to place from now on.
We ordered a custom couch from Elizabeth at Lofty Ambitions. She was extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful every step of the way. Elizabeth was very diligent with communication and answered any questions I had promptly. Our couch was finished ahead of time and it is beautiful. The delivery service used was also incredible; they were quick with communicating, showed up within the promised window and were extremely professional. I highly recommend Lofty Ambitions!
