We have used Rick Loftis firm for many years now and find their advice and tax service helpful and professional.
Not very user friendly, nor customer service friendly. Does not respond to phone calls or emails. Matter of fact, he didn't file appropriate extensions with the IRS causing fines and penalties. Would definitely not recommend.
Refused to refund money, he did not file our taxes. He would not listen to us on issues and items that needed to be added. He is rude. He got upset because we fired him from our other business accounting, and took it out on us on the other business. Do not use for taxes.
