Ended up having my case dropped by Loftin. I agree with another comment/review that stated they only take "easy cases." I was told my goals were unrealistic. I believe the way she dropped my case was very unprofessional and an attack on my character. I appreciated Ruth Holdaway and thought she responded in a super timely manner. I would not recommend this office for friends/family.
Karen Loftin was my attorney regarding a collection agency that had garnished my entire initial disability payout. I couldn’t believe she fought them and won this in court but she did. It took a few months before I could get my payout back but I finally got it. I am so thankful and grateful she was there for me and my situation. She is very quiet natured but a true fighter for what is right. I am so pleased and would happily use her again.
Kimberly Osborne and her team assisted us with a closing on some real estate. Claire and Ruth were very kind and professional. Ms. Osborne herself addressed and fixed a concern we had at closing. If you need to close on property and you want it done right, I recomend this law office.
Worse experience with a lawyer ever. She did not care about me whatsoever! She didn’t defend me one bit. It actually felt like she was against me! Wouldn’t use her or Karen Loftin again if my life depended on it!!!!
