Buyers please beware this retailer. I ordered an item recently that was listed as 'in stock' online only to find out weeks later that there never was any stock and I wasn't even updated. I chased down the owner on his mobile after contacting Loft Mudgee (who are not affiliated with the other Loft stores) explaining how much trouble I was having getting in contact with someone to help with my order. Great stuff and reasonably priced. Add that to the friendly service ...what more could you ask for. Loving my recently purchased side table...candles and perfectly sized cabinet for my hallway...Update : This store has now closed (2019). I believe they have a warehouse somewhere in Sydney but no idea where. Loved this shop...pity it has gone.
