Fabulous products but more importantly sensational customer service. Loft offers genuine customer care - when I bought my gorgeous cashmere fingerless gloves online they arrived within a couple of days with a lovely hand written note and a mini Mars Bar. In this age of technology it was so nice to receive a note (as well as the receipt) with a comment about my purchase. The gloves are gorgeous and I'll definitely be shopping here again!

Jasmine goes the extra mile to ensure that her customer is confident in any purchase they’ll make. If the item is unavailable she’ll order it in for you and notify you instantly once it’s arrived.
