Loft Curtains was very helpful during the ordering process, as my drapes were a little more complicated, as they were for a room with 18 foot ceilings and a motorized track system. Customer service worked with me closely to ensure that the fasteners they would provide would be compatible and worked with me on getting the exact measurements correct. Once I placed the order, it was processed very quickly, shipped promptly, and the curtains, themselves, were absolutely beautiful. The workmanship and finishing were perfect.
This company walked me through the whole process of choosing the right curtains, the right length, and right type of stitching at the top. They answered all of my questions regardless of how small. I really appreciate all the service that came with the purchase.
