Lofgren's is easy to work with and they have a unique selection. I had a problem with my order and they were very helpful in getting the problem solved.
This place offers good quality furniture with a modern design. That's about all I can say positive about this business. I will echo what others have said. If they have it in stock, you could go ahead and buy it. If not, I would highly recommend never buying a piece that they have to bring in. My wife and I ordered a add-on chair piece to a sectional we bought from them. This add-on chair was not in stock. It was ordered in April of 2012. If I could give this store a zero, I would. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM DAVID OR TODD. I had the worse experience of my life, almost a whole year of it. My husband and I bought (yes, gave Lofgrens the full amount for an Eilersen sofa) with a quoted delivery time of 8-12 weeks. By October 2012, I called to follow up, and was told it was almost here, the sofa had been shipped, they said end of October. Then November, then December, then oops, it was shipped to Argentina. Absolutely beautiful designs - clean, classic contemporary. Like others have said, I would strongly recommend that you stay away from buying anything that isn't sitting in their warehouse. We paid for a cherry bedroom set on December 30, 2013 and were told it would take 12 weeks to receive. It was delivered, FINALLY, in late November, 2014.
