Bob was very helpful in giving me expert legal advice to correct serious issues at my HOA. He did this quickly in a straightforward manner and was honest, rather than dragging out legal basics. Bob also gave this advice for free, and we are so appreciative.
Do not hire. If you are an HOA, do not hire this firm. Kevin will make simple communications difficult and combative. He's not someone who actually smooths things over, he just throws out ambiguous lawyer talk and strings out issues.
