Brynn was an angel and helped show me all the bags I wanted to see, was super patient, and all the staff were friendly :) glad to see the bad reviews with previous customers were addressed by Loewe!
This Loewe store offers the aesthetics of a public bathroom while displaying painfully mediocre and tasteless clothing. The price and quality is far below other designer competitors in the area, and the staff are no help. Some of the clothing on display even had stains on it and was not removed or replaced.
Very lovely location. Assistants like Leo were kind, welcoming, and very thoughtful.
Decor inside was amazing. Limited selection of stuff. SA also didn’t really greet me
If you ever gonna get less that $$$$ items, don't even get bothered to go there. Went there to buy home fragrance and replied as if it was such a bother. Anyways it was out of stock in store so tried to order online but had some issue so asked one of SAif they are able to do. he wasn't sure so he asked another SA and she literally said "I don't know but I don't care" are you serious...? You said that in front of customer? I will never go back to this store and never will buy anything from this brand. Really bad experience.
