Highly unprofessional business. Tax preparation services are terrible. I do not recommend going with her unless you want to spend a lot of money. I am a family friend and know Laura personally. I had Laura filing my taxes for 2023 and she told me she would be able to get them done during the weekend of Feb. 10-11.
