Can't say enough good words about Michael and his Lodesterre Tax Service. As I called him in a panic after receiving the awful letter everyone dreads from the IRS questioning my prior year taxes. He actually answered his phone and proceeding to calmly explain it all to me and told me exactly what to do. He was extremely generous in doing our taxes and would highly recommend him to do your taxes.
Decided to try a tax preparer rather than doing my own taxes.... I will never do my own again, this was the best experience, far superior than utilizing a tax preparation software program. Great communicator, quick and efficient preparation and very reasonable fees.
First time not using H&R Block and what a great decision, never going back! Mike was very communicative, prompt and pleasant. So that felt great to begin with and then he charged us literally half of what we’ve paid at H&R Block for two simple W2s. This experience was unbelievably convenient.
