Could never get a response or call back from anyone in this office. Was never looped in on any details during tax filing.
I hate doing taxes. They make my life so much easier and pleasant by doing my taxes in exchange for a very reasonable fee. 10/10 recommend for all your tax/financial needs
I'm sure the posted reviews are well deserved but this has not been my experience. I have reached out to this office on 3 separate occasions. Twice in person and once via web. My Mother passed away and I needed assistance with my new tax filing status. It's been very frustrating. I don't understand why no one did me the courtesy of contacting me. I hope everyone else continues to have a positive experience. I guess my business was not considered important enough.
We have worked with many accountants over the years, they are the best hands-down. You will not find a more knowledgeable or thorough firm anywhere.
