I visited Loddon Valley yesterday(saturday),and me and my wife were extremely pleased with the experience and customer service we received. The front reception and the lady at the cafe,were extremely welcoming,and very polite and cheerful.The cafe was very neat,and the lady was very engaging,and gave us a quick service!! Two young gentlemen at reception,named Jack and another named Emran,bless them both were very amiable and cheerful. Recently been back for badminton after a few years away. Courts received a nice upgrade and much tackier. Sadly, much stricter on time - very rudely kicked off court for playing longer than allocated time despite not being busy, or court required elsewhere. Will likely look elsewhere for courts for regular badminton as there are cheaper alternatives.

Had a disappointing swim today. Kids jumping in and diving into the pool right in front of the lifeguard. My wife started to show our son how to dive and was straight away told Jo diving by the lifeguard.... Kids using platforms as surfboards and jumping off them by the poolside and nothing said to them by lifeguards. Really surprised this was allowed.
