I’m not a person who leaves reviews but I had a negative experience with the deli manager a few weeks ago. He was unprofessional and was heard saying to his staff, stand here up front, I don’t need anymore bad reviews. I felt this remark was directed towards me because he spoke loudly in English. Great food selection, fair prices, amazing staff!
Very nice local supermarket tailored to the needs of the Locust Valley community. Nice selection of products and friendly staff. Unfortunately they fall short in the deli with customer service. Despite the fact that they usually have four or more people working there, only one person cuts cold cuts while the others are busy with other food preparation tasks.
