Night nurse Nancy should be fired. She would not follow doctor's orders, which were to keep a dying patient comfortable in their last hours on this Earth. It took intervention and confrontation by the patient's family for her to do her job and follow medical orders. We came here to share some music with the residents. The greeter was friendly and the environment was clean and welcoming.
