My monitor mount broke, causing the monitor to fall. Attempted to email the company - when I enter my email address, the system advises they have a problem with my email address, tried 3 different email addresses with the same result. Evidently they do not want to receive emails. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Just placed an online order for Fleximounts garage storage. Received email confirmation of order from Stripe.com on behalf of Loctek. I phoned the customer service number provided in the email and from Loctek web site. None of the phones ring. Am wondering if this is a scam.
I originally posted a terrible review of this company as well as Loctec Ergonomic, Flexispot and Fleximount companies. I placed an order about 30 hours ago and received no email confirmation/ receipt for my purchase, couldn’t get a hold of anyone within the company nor answers to emails and felt that perhaps I had been scammed. Really abysmal customer service. Aside from shipping items to the wrong location entirely, they also go completely silent. Have you ever seen a company that can't tell you where they delivered something without hours of forwarding calls? This is them. This is some of the most magically bad customer service I've ever encountered, especially when I just need to know where something shipped that they have access to on their FedEx account. I ordered a electric desk with dual monitor mount, and standing pad in SEPT 2020. The electric desk that rises up and down is amazing! The left side of the dual monitor stand is not working to hold the monitor up, and I reported it to Cust. Svc. 12/23/20. I contacted them for the 3rd time today with no resolve. Can someone from Corporate please tell me why no one can provide a solution, and at worst case scenario send me a replacement Dual Monitor stand?
