Very professional team! The company did an amazing job. They picked us up and dropped us off. Great bunch of people. Great people skills and even have free coffee, chocolate and water in the office. Companies like hertz have really lost their way and no longer know the meaning of good customer service. Loco car rental provides better value and most importantly, puts smiles on customer faces. I absolutely LOVE LOCO Car Rental! I’ve rented from them multiple times, and every single experience has been amazing. The entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, they truly treat you like family. Even the owner is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about his customers.
