When I arrived at Atlanta, I went to the Rental Car Center for booking a rental car. Unfortunately, there was no preferred car that I pre-booked available. One of the rental associates referred me to Loco Car Rental. I called and Tiffany assisted me by picking me up from the airport, and gave me great discount and fair price for the preferred car I wanted. LOCO car rental was a life saver. They got us in a Honda Accord (one of my favorite cars I’ve owned 4 of them) and that got us to our destination. And all this on Thanksgiving Day. Great customer service and over all great experience. Will definitely recommend to all my contacts.

I had a great experience at Loco with Jah and Drea. I had a reservation with another company and there was an issue we were not able to figure out. The guy who wasn't able to help me at the first compathey very kindly called Jah who put something together for me at the last minute. I spoke to Jah on the phone and she figured out the details, then Drea was kind enough to come pick me up. I think these people are great examples of the kind of customer service that is lacking for most companies. They are terrific to work with. Just had issues with the phone number, but they helped me work around that.
