My elderly mother needed to get a couple of i.d. photo-copies certificated in order to send to my solicitor in Nottingham. Samuel at Lockings was extremely helpful and even popped out of the office with my mother in the rain, in order to point her in the direction of the nearest post office. A simple job, but done with such good grace and with such a friendly, helpful attitude. All Lockings staff who my mother encountered were equally helpful. Well done. Many thanks.
