All I had was a DIY will typed up and signed once by the decedent, who was my best friend. As soon as he passed, his brother, tried to start taking over everything. I called the Lockhart law firm made an appointment gave them the will. Faye called the brother he backed off. They wrote me up a legal document where I was able to close bank accounts and get things handled for my friend’s wishes in his will. I highly recommend them for a probate case. Not only did they get the job done effectively they were very pleasant, friendly, just a great group to work with. But most importantly their fee for the job wasn't over the top like most Law firms are.
