I use hypnotherapy to quickly and gently help my clients achieve their goals. I work with people for all kinds of issues, but common ones include overcoming anxiety, panic attacks, stress and insomnia. Most of my clients have been to traditional talk therapy and have a good understanding of why they experience unwanted things (low self-esteem, fears or phobias, anxiety, etc.) but have felt powerless to experience something new, despite traditional therapy. This is where hypnotherapy shines. When we address these issues from where they originate - in the inner mind - real-life change comes quickly and easily.
