I had contacted Lara's office inquiring about my options for refinancing. From the beginning Lara provided the best options for me financially, not what would be best for her financially. Throughout the whole process I was kept up to date weekly even if there was no action to be taken. The communication was outstanding and the staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, the mortgage process felt overwhelming and discouraging at times but Lara, Desiree and the entire team at Locke Your Loan made it an incredible experience. They were very professional, knowledgeable and always kept us informed throughout every step of the process.
