I went to the store in BA yesterday. I needed to replace a hot water heater knob. I walk in and there are three employees up front cussing and swearing like sailors. I was the only person at the counter. After waiting on them to finish their "conversation", all three just walked away. I feel that if you aren't a contractor, they could care less about your business. Disappointing.
