HVAC side: Employees are not trained properly. They have went through multiple store managers over the years. They generally only have a fraction of what you need. I have resort every single time to calling store 151 to quote parts as the McAlester branch is incapable of quoting parts without a part number. You have to call a different store, have that store do McAlester’s job pricing out with availability and part number only to call McAlester store back to give them the part number just to ensure you get what you need ship... read more
