I think the name of the fellow at the counter was Dustin. I’m not sure what his roll is, but it certainly wasn’t customer service, sales or plumbing specialist. I would say that unless his roll is that of a condescending sexist, he’s failing. I tried to ask him questions- literally no one has been less helpful. I’m not a plumbing expert- obviously- but I have never felt like asking for help was such a bother...apparently he was very valuable holding the stool down for the zero other customers in the store.
