I had a consultation call and did not feel the communication style was professional or helpful. I asked how CRA identifies business income, and instead of giving a direct explanation, he asked me what I thought. Later, when I asked him to recall something I had said earlier, the call was discontinued. I left the call feeling dismissed and would not personally use this service.

I met Tom in a networking group that I’m a part of. After hearing him speak, I feel very confident that he could guide his clients to help them find solution solutions to their debt issues. He’s very knowledgable.
