Was pretty disappointed. The setup was incorrect, which affected our ability to complete the room. While we've enjoyed escape rooms before, no one enjoyed the murder mystery. Perhaps it would have been better if the setup had been correct. The staff was apathetic about the error. Charged full price and still asked for a tip. Disappointing.
Couple of first timers. Needed help (hints) about 25 minutes in, rang out on the radio for 10 minutes straight. Someone finally came and greeted us with "Sorry, I have other things to do". That's it. Way to go! Customers usually come second. $121 I'll never get back and my daughters 14th bday wad frustrating to say the least
The girls really enjoyed their experience Lots of theme rooms to choose from.
A really enjoyable time. For context, we've played 47 escape rooms across North America in many different cities. We played Hidden Treasure at Lockdown with 2 people. This room honestly surprised me. I didn't have the highest of hopes, but both my partner and I ended up really enjoyed it.
