Frustrating but fun
The only reason this place is even getting one star at all is for the poor worker who had to watch this horrible experience. A group of my friends and I went to the new wizard themed room and it was a mess. There was stuff missing out of the room, doors that wouldn’t open, wands missing so we couldn’t finish. Overall the room seems not ready to be played. It was a good experience, I would say. We had many 'aha' moments, and the game masters were really helpful. Our own escape experience was 50 minutes. However, I think the games would have been better if the game master pointed out the starting point. It took us a few minutes to even figure out what was going on.
Had lots of fun in the escape rooms and with the friendly staff. Will be back again soon!
My husband and I have been to this business a many times. Today I took him for an escape room date to celebrate his birthday. We had Rhea as our game master and she was phenomenal. She even listened to me ramble about my love for board games, and suggested some really good ones they sell for after our room!! Thanks for making our experience so special Rhea!
