What a wonderful experience to shop at Lock & Key Furnishings! My family and I happened upon the shop and were pleasantly surprised to also "happen upon" our next family room sofa. It took me a few weeks to decide, and the staff were amazingly patient and supportive. Finally, once we purchased the sofa, I was incredibly pleased with the delivery service...not just wonderful gentlemen, but the store owner also came along to make sure I was satisfied. I highly encourage you to check it out!

They do a great job there! I have bought furniture at a lot of top brand stores only to be slightly disappointed in the customer service and the quality of the furniture. Both Kaci and Ashley are very attentive and can have high quality furniture made to your specifications. I was so surprised on all of the fabric and customization options as far as size there were.
