Really warm and scenic lodge. Reception at the other resort were so friendly and welcoming. Heating was on for our arrival at the lodge. However, the cleanliness was well below par. Stains all over the mattresses with no protector on them. The shower was vile, with mould and dust all around it. The decking looked as though it had been thrown up within a day, with the wood not even being cut to size and most of it was loose. The place itself is stunning, the service and cleanliness was shocking!!!|There was hairs on the bathroom floor , dead flies/spiders in the corners and the carpets had not been hoovered at all.|We had to leave our lodge twice so the cleaner could do the job correctly.|Tried contacting Hoseasons during the stay and after and they were beyond a joke to deal with, would never book with them again!!
Lovely location with great views. If you are very lucky, you will also see the jets fly down the loch.
Zero online booking information, so forced to ring the 0345 number. "What's the reference number? Is how you're greeted. I explain "there isn't one, hence the call... I had to obtain the number from Google maps"||||As soon as the greedy saleswoman 'Ms McGreedy' realises she may not get a quick sale... the idiot hangs up
