Review: I have been a loyal customer of L’Occitane for a long time, purchasing all my skincare products from them. However, I had the worst experience recently at the Westfield Southland store. I visited the store this past Saturday while I was in a rush to buy a gift for my friend’s birthday. I explained how urgent and important this purchase was for me. On Friday 22nd March 2024. My partner and I walked into L'occitane En Provence Cheltenham / Southland and met Vicki as it was our first time walking into the shop. We browsed and looked at Cherry Blossom Eau de Toilette. We loved the scent and my partner bought me a bottle for our 1 year anniversary. Huge shout out to Vicki for excellent customer service.
