Excellent lender for South Florida commercial property loans. Matt is fast, efficient, honest, and truly cares about his clients. Really impressed with the speed and accuracy of the bank.
I hate writing bad reviews but I think the public needs to know. I understand there will be issues given it's a small bank. It took them 3 weeks to get a business account setup... weeks later to find out they forgot to order a debit card which took even longer. Twice locality has been shut down by the Visa network rendering all debit cards shut down. Leaving me and every bank user only to find out by our cards being declined. No communication that it was down... no communication that it was back and working. Just a guessing ... read more
