Won’t visit this store any more! Very bad experience that their staff was bullying customer (myself), and very rude and aggressive! Although the store manager Trent tried called me twice, but don’t wanna visit again! I’ve sent complaining letter formally to both this store and IGA support, so they know this horrible case! 20 years old (their bullying staff) should not be an excuse!
Got the romeo baguette and .. it was dry and sparse, for $11. Couldnt believe it as it looks good on display.
I need to ask this question to this supermarket - why is it that every time I go to this supermarket, I try to buy things like chips and they are all overdue? Yes they are on special but you simply should not sell food that has reached its due date. Very disgusting Indian male staff followed me out of the shop asking to check my bags. I was thinking of buying sandwich but their whole counter empty, disappointedly walked out of the shop within 1 minute. If you have any doubt, check your CCTV and call police now!!! No staff has right to stick his head into customer’s bags. How ridiculous and disgusting!
