Contracted them to move a hot tub. One week prior I personally drained and inspected it per the manual. They showed up the day of at my mother in laws house and loaded it up on a trailer. They removed the side and corner panels, and had the cover underneath the tub. Long story short after they delivered it and "set it up", it took me two hours to unscrew what they did. These men were very nice and professional but PLEASE sign a contract!!!! It was understood from the beginning that they were to put a bedroom suit together for a young couple in Maryland that they took it too and they didn’t!! When I called the he owner Duffy, he literally agreed it was his mistake but refused any type of refund. It became very hysterical discussing how sick he was and just irrational.
