Buyers BEWARE! I bought a sectional that was junk in Jan 2023. They tried to fix this special order couch we waited on a lot longer than they told us. Tried to replace it with used pieces. When this happened I got my receipt out that Casey stapled in half with warranty on top. When we read the bottom of the receipt no refunds and 30% restocking fee which they give you after you have paid in full. They do not disclose this either. Was going to get rid of couch. My sister came into this store today 2/15/25 Casey Lowman was able to help us get three lift chairs for a great price! Outstanding customer service, quick greeting, didn't treat her like she was a browser. Helped her find the chair we needed for our father who's had a stroke and two more for me and my step mother who also has standing issues. Go by this store if your looking for great furniture!!
