Good people to deal with from start to finish. Quick, friendly and able to clean up after job completed. Quote was put together on Thursday visit and unit installed Tuesday. Price was competitive compared to others to the point that there was no negotiation required. Excellent experience
I had two splits recently installed I found Alpha Air professional and diligent in every way, very tidy work.
Hot water service died on the weekend. Real-estate gave me their number. I worked with them to have the service repaired on Sunday. Sunday came and they never showed. No water/ no hot water service so that I don't rush them and they never bothered to show up on Sunday and now I have to wait till Monday( ask for a different company) just not good enough. I was being patient and working with them and they screw me like this. And they contacted me after leaving this review to tell me they had no intention of coming out today...... read more
Technician was on time and polite. Fault resolved fairly quickly with minimal fuss
The workers are very friendly, Professional, and every single one of them know what they are doing, They did an amazing job, I am very happy with my Split Systems....
