We continue to have fantastic service from Trish and her team. We are always impressed with the variety of hearing aids for sale and the other products such as hearing aid volume control remotes. Great to see local residents offering wonderful customer service to local residents.

Consultant had not read referral from doctor. Was unprepared and did not listen to patient's concerns. Was very quick to diagnose hearing loss and recommend a hearing aid, despite admitting when challenged that it would not address the patient's problem. Recommended we "go away and read up about it". Very unsatisfactory.
Extremely happy with the service and professionalism, I have found the staff very friendly, prompt action on any problems raised. Recommend.
