Zero customer service. EVERY order I have made online has been incorrect. Things replaced with COMPLETELY different items - unrelated items. Prices at checkout I store do not reflect shelf prices showing at the time. Watch your invoices instore. They take no responsibility for their errors and staff they put on the phone cannot understand English. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN and I suggest you do the same. I cannot give this shop a WORSE REVIEW. MINUS STARS if possible.
Food is expensive compared to to Woolworths which is is also expensive by the way. Bought can drinks from here and other IGA%%s and they tasted old. Staff are nice though
OUT OF DATE FOOD -EXPENSIVE PRICES -OLD LOCAL STAFF GONE - NEW OWNERS family members can be rude and argue. When you return out of date item you just purchased they demand a receipt but they never gave you a receipt in the first place. So many other problems locals are all complaining about new IGA OWNERS in this store in Shoalwater IGA. Can see why shops are so quiet
I m going this store for 2 years it’s alright at least they have happy and helpful staff but today I bought it some hot food and young guy on the cash counter very rude and he threw food on the table like it’s just rubbish
