Carmen was an amazing and huge help with sorting out a title problem. She went over and above, time and again, to help get things resolved and the follow up was amazing. Cannot thank her enough for all her great help!!!
The team at LOC Credit Union is professional, friendly, efficient and at the top of their game. Not only did they process my auto loan within 24 hrs, provide a check for the auto dealer at the end of the business day, but they kept me informed at EVERY STEP of the process via text and phone. Plus they have the BEST auto loan rates around 1.39%. As a result a moved my account to LOC Credit Union!
This CU sucks. I spent an hour trying to shut down a account so ex couldn't get to funds she didn't deserve. Asst. Manager said account was closed. She lied, as ex stole more funds from account. I told mnger get some more training. Very unprofessional and unknowlegable. I'll bank else where.
