During this time of pandemic they are NOT willing to reason with me on making payments or making it easy to catch up! knowing everyone is going through a hard time! this is perhaps the WORST lending company anyone can have! Horrible costumer service. El empleado Gustavo no sabe tratar a los costumers si no les gusta su trabajo no lo hagan. Ni siquiera deja hablar para preguntar las dudas. Cero Recomendable.

WORSE financial company ever! I paid my monthly payment of 353 dollars towards my car April 3. I made sure it went through! I took screenshots of my receipt, I took a screenshot of the tracking number they PROVIDED me with. It’s shows I paid my car. But they called and said they haven’t received payment. Well, I tried giving the dude my tracking number and he said “I don’t need the tracking number. There’s nothing I can do.” Well why tf did you provide me with a tracking number if you can’t put it to use?! Then to hang up on... read more
