Hopefully you do some research before using this company to finance your vehicle they are dishonest and will charge you extra fees for coverage that you already have reason why I say this is because I have full coverage on my vehicle and they was billing me extra for coverage and I called my insurance company and they faxed paperwork to show I have had coverage for the whole time I’ve been with them
0 stars if I could. They will charge you a fake fee for not having insurance even tho you have to have insurance before you leave the lot. God forbid your late on your payment they will make it go up 10% witch is probably illegal. Id refinance as fast as possible or don't get them at all
I been paying for 4 years and I will give you 1 star until I am done paying this year ...the black hole of customer service it's mostly the men ... who wanna make it difficult to talk to when they are calling you and you forget a number and don't want to help you when your calling about my car but I'm at work and forget a digit there's gotta be away yall can know your customers nu.bers especially if yall calling me this is ridiculous yall are the worst don't do buisness with this company...they mostly target Spanish speaking... read more
