Immediately sold our mortgage to another company without our knowledge and didn’t provide insurance information in the sale, therefore screwing us in the end and making it to where we had to pay hundreds more. Edit to add: as appreciative as we are for the company reaching out, at the end of the day our mortgage was still sold without our knowledge to a mass corporation company that we did not want, we wanted to stay with a smaller company, but apparently selling our mortgage was worth more than having our business…
