Overall, I had a positive experience working with Spencer Russell and Mandi Macklin for my home purchase. The process was smooth and successful, though communication was occasionally a bit slow. I wasn't sure if that's standard for the mortgage process, but a slightly faster response time would have made it a 5-star experience. Still, I'm happy with the outcome and would recommend them. 4/5 stars!
Spencer did an excellent job explaining our options to us and worked with us to find us the best interest rate possible. Communication was excellent. Mandi worked alongside Spencer as the loan processor and kept us informed every step of the way. Abraham also provided us with necessary information after closing. The entire process was very smooth. Would highly recommend Loansteady if you need a mortgage. No stress - which is the last thing you need when applying for a mortgage.
