UPDATE: I used Loansteady again in July 2024. This time to purchase a new home and my experience was as good as ever. The company has gone through some downsizing due to the housing market so my previous loan officer's manager, Robert McMains, became my new loan officer. I was concerned that the level of service would suffer due to the downsizing but not at all!
